IS THIS DOG TO AGRESSIVE TO KEEP AFTER THIS MISS HAP or is this fixable?

I have seen several cases of that. Dogs i have found tend to struggle for dominance and that includes who gets to eat first. This probably happened because i ume they are both males and there was only one treat and really thats no different than to children fighting over a toy. the only difference is their size. I wish i could tell you how to stop it but i dont know that
