Orphaned 1 day old baby mice?

Earlier today I was cleaning out my garage. I bumped the big storage bin that we keep our dog food in and for some reason I just happened to turn around and look inside. There were 3 mice inside. I looked closer and realized that one was a mama mouse and she had 2 young ones that appeared to be a few weeks old. Then, in one corner, I noticed 2 little pink, hairless mice that must've just been born. We feed our dogs from this particular container every day and I know they weren't there yesterday. I went inside and came back a few hours later. One of the older babies was gone and the mama and the others were huddled in the corner. They started hopping trying to get out so I tilted the container so they could go. I just figured they'd come back to the nest sooner or later to scoop up the newborns. This was around noon today... and I just checked on the newborns. They're still alive but there's been no sight of the other mice. Is there anything I can feed them because I'm worried they're not going to live much longer without their mom?!!
