Can i (indonesian) apply green card while i'm at indonesia? thanks..?

off cause u can, as long as u r not the States citizen, i mean having the US pport. So the answer is YES, no problem to apply green card of the US. Green card the same as PR, permanent resident which is according to ur Indonesia pport to apply, which means u r still Indonesian but living in the States, and u r still holding indonesia pport.
