i am a med student here in the philippines and i have tWo cles everyday. We have lectures that run as long as tWo to three hours for each cl (that makes around 6hours of lecture time everyday). i need a good usb voice recorder Which may double up as a flash disk (although not necessary). but im also a student so i need it cheap. my budget is around 2,500 to 3,000 pesos or up to 63dollars. What Would be the best usb voice recorder i could get Without really risking the quality? thanks!
