Writers out there-where do you get your ideas for a plot?

I *love* to write. Lovelovelove it. However, I've never been able to come up with a completely interesting and creative plot. Most of my stuff ends up being generic romance/teenybopper stuff no matter how hard I try :/ So for those of you who can whip out fantasy and horror and really innovative stories, where do you draw your inspiration? How do you do it?! I'm completely stuck!
