Help, any mechanics out there, i have no heating in my car, the kids are freezing???????????????????

WE HAVE TRIED CHANGING THE THERMOSTAT. I HAVE A 1.9 DIESEL RENAULT CLIO. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY. PLEASE HELP AS MY KIDS ARE FREEZING WHEN WE GO OUT IN THE CAR.
