Why is it wrong to get pergnet at 16?

If you have to ask the question you're not smart enough to have a child, I'm thinking you really should spend more time in school learning better English, you know how to read and WRITE so that you will be able to more effectively ask for welfare after your baby is born. You have a lot of learning to do, don't take out your short comings on a kid.
