Valentine's Day Blues?

I want "my" engagement ring! I've been waiting patiently for 31/2 years and I feel like I'm losing my mind!!! I know he's gonna ask me what do I want for Valentine's Day and the lil voice in my head say, just tell him what you really want. But that might strum up a argument? So should I sit and play the waiting game or wait til after Valentine's Day? I'm irked and hurt. Just so tired of waiting... and waiting... Any one on this sinking ship make it to dry land?
