Leonard padilla lie detector test?

A bag was found with supposed toe or finger bones and some toys. Police later said they had no connection to Caylee and they weren't bones. They also found a shamrock which Casey had a tatoo of and Caylee liked shamrocks. The police want Padilla to take the lie detector test because media was there before the police, apparently.
