Can anyone help me with this poem?

It isn't a simile because it doesn't use like or as. It isn't a metaphor because it isn't comparing the two things. I'm not sure about personification, because an inanimate object can hide hills and woods. So I would guess that it would be a paradox because air can't hide hills and woods because you can see through air.
