How to set points on a rotax 500 engine (503)?

Unless has duel points it should fire on both if one side is OK. May need to check ignition wire and connection at spark plug. Guy you bought it from should have sold you a working engine if he repairs and sells, sounds fishy to me. Anyway try this link: www.800-airwolf.com/pdffiles/ARTICLES/​p…
