I have been eating a late lunch?

So in the morning (around 5am) I wake up and have breakfast. I always have some kind of fruit (95% of the time its a medium or short sized banana). Then today I had a cup of fiber cereal with flax seeds and egg beaters with green onions, tomatoes, and some mozzarella cheese. yum! I always drink water through out the rest of my time at home and at school. When lunch comes around I am just not hungry ever really, but I do bring a bag of chopped carrots everyday anyways. I don't start getting hungry till 3pm and that's when we get out of school. When I get home I usually eat my carrots then and an apple and feel pretty full. (I do a short 30 minute toning workout before I eat them) and then about 2 hours later I go to the gym for about 30 minutes of cardio. When I get home for dinner (around 6pm) I always have a sweet potato with some pumpkin spice on it. And just something else, usually some more veggies or something. Is this healthy? I mean it hasn't affected my schooling or anything. I'm still full of energy every day. Oh! Also around 12 through 2 in the morning I always wake up and have a wasa cracker (either plain or with some peanut er on it) just because I like having a snack late late at night. :)
