seriously, if you're dieting add a little more protein to your meals. don't cut anything out or replace any of the snacks. you'll be good to go! if you're not dieting, eat a little more carbs such a whole wheat bread along with your eggs or something. i don't recommend protein shakes; they just give me the chills. go for the real food! maybe some tuna on bread or pasta, you need some type of grain & protein! hope i helped:).
