My friends husband left iraq june 28 and still hasent gottin home what happened?

okay this is how it goes..he left the 28th from iraq got to kuwait had to wait an extra day cause his name was left off the manifest, he has been calling her everyday for the past week saying he is in germany and they have had plane problems since they left kuwait i have been talking with our sgt and he is now saying that kuwait dont have anything saying her husband has ever been to kuwait
