OK why are all these weird things happening to me?

OK like yesterday i made a twitter acount and the first person i started to look for was Kanye West but i couldnt find him so ya but then, today he complained about twitter that he didnt have a real acount and all that. Then the other day my friend and i were joking about drugs and then he told me i should hear Nymphetamine Fix by Cradle of Filth and im like ok but i never did and then today someone asked a question about that and ya. and this happens with a lot of things for me and its kind of weird. So is this like a coincidence or something that things like this happen? or what cuz its weirding me out.
