Why are some people ashamed to say they spend time at home alone? Is it embarring to them?

i love to stay at home, but i don't like being cooped up either........the four walls do get to you sometimes..........so out the door i go.................i am never at a loss for something to do..sometimes i wish i would make myself take more time to chill out!
