Will this haircut look good on me ? [pics included]?

That haircut is not so far from what you have right now, and I think it would look great! Just make sure you take the pic to your stylist and tell her in detail what you love(and maybe what you don't) about the hair in the pic. Do have realistic expectations, obviously your texture/thickness may be different from Ashlee Simpson, so it may look slightly different, and of course you have to flat iron your hair to make it that straight. I'm a stylist myself, so I know the kinds of things people don't generally consider when going for a look in a picture. Might I also suggest that you get heavy highlights as opposed to just going solid blonde?That way the new growth will not be so obvious and you may be able to go longer between visits to the salon.
