A good half stack for under $700?

I'm currently looking to buy a half stack with a head that is over 100 watts. I was looking at the Marshall mg100hdfx but i read some bad reviews for it.Can anyone tell me if it is a good amp? I'm also looking for something with presets and a foot-switch like the marshall. I play alot of music like Rush and Van Halen. Any ideas?
