Is pregnancy an option? What are the chances?

I had a tubal in Jan of this year. However, my periods are very irregular and I don't keep up with them. My last cycle was only 3-4 days and the first day of my last menstrual was on the 26th. For the past week, maybe longer, I have been having nausea, fatigue, light headedness, frequent urination, food cravings, shortness of breath, sore , hot/cold flashes, not being able to concentrate, constipation, egg white looking discharge and I have also not been wanting to have as well. Before my tubal, I had a period every 28 days that lasted for 4 days. Now, I don't cramp and have no signs of it happening. I was tested for Interstitial cystitis but it doesn't really bother me. I am managing it just fine taking 800mg ibuprofen three times a day. I also have fibromyalgia and know that this could be all in my head and could be from my conditions I have. My husband asked me the other day, after craving something he found to be odd of me craving, if I was pregnant. We don't want anymore kids, but what is the chances of getting pregnant after a tubal if you never use protection? Do you know anyone who has gotten pregnant after a tubal? Should I test just be on the safe side? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
