Religion Help?

I have to write a 750-1000 page paper on why we believe in God but I have no idea how. He says it shoudl be like the St. Paul story asking questions but I have no idea what that is. Can you give me some reasons why we believe in God and what the St. Paul tory is? (Something about him asking questions)
